Meet Star Fruit:
I DO love this and hope Courtney loves this too! (oh man, this was SOO many years ago! Sometimes I wonder if other people keep their swap items?? We still use the bags, pouches, placemats, cloth napkins, pillows… what else, key fobs, pincushions, hot pads, that I received in all the swaps over the years. It’s so fun to be surrounded by the awesome things people have made!
My most recent version of this block was for my Home Lovin quilt and I absolutely LOVE it!!
I also made a baby quilt with this block. I really love the concept of using only parts of the block to go across the bottom of quilts, or down the side. I think it would look even better in a larger quilt!
We are still using this quilt! My youngest had it on his bed all winter. Though I think he’s finally starting to outgrow it. Sad day. lol
